Values For Life is a series of 8 books specially designed to introduce
mindfulness, values, life skills and self awareness in students.

The lessons aim to teach how to be in the present, adhering to
values, being calm, focused and relaxed. The follow-up activities
do not aim at preaching but allow the direct opportunity to
 explore mindfulness and self-awareness.
